Savory Prosciutto Dutch Baby

How to Make

Ingredients
1 cup
Birch Benders Classic Recipe Pancake and Waffle Mix
1 cup
Milk
3
Eggs
6 slices
Proscuitto
4 ounces
Manchego
1 cup
Arugula
4 tbsps
Olive Oil
4-8
Lemon Wedges
 
Salt and Pepper as desired
Directions
  1. Using a blender, combine Birch Benders, milk and eggs.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F and preheat cast iron pan over high heat. Melt butter in pan and pour in egg mixture.
  3. Move pan into oven and bake 25 minutes.
  4. Top dutch baby with arugula, prosciutto and shaved manchego. Slice and serve, drizzle with olive oil and squeeze lemon wedge over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
