How to Make

Ingredients
1 cup
Birch Benders Paleo Pancake Mix
1/4 cup
Coconut Oil
1 tsp
Oregano
1 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Dried Basil
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Onion Powder
1/4 cup
Water
2
Shallots medium
5 ounces
Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
 
Toppings of Your Choice We used more shallots, kale and bacon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together spices and coconut oil.
  3. Mix in paleo pancake mix.
  4. Add water.
  5. Pour out dough onto parchment paper, and spread out with a spatula.
  6. Pre bake dough 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. In a food processor, combine 2 medium shallots and sundried tomatoes. Blend until paste forms, adding extra olive oil if necessary.
  8. Spread tomato paste on crust, and add toppings.
  9. Bake another 5 to 8 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool briefly on cutting board before slicing and serving.
