Ingredients
1 cup
Birch Benders Paleo Pancake and Waffle Mix
4 tbsps
Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup
Coconut Oil
1 tsp
Paprika
1 tbsp
Dried Cilantro
1 tbsp
Dried Oregano
1 tsp
Mustard Powder
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 1/2 cups
Shredded Chicken we used rotisserie
1/2 cup
Celery finely sliced
1/3 cup
Buffalo Sauce your favorite paleo- compliant option
1/2 cup
Non Dairy Cream Cheese
 
Fresh Parsley finely chopped, for garnish
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together spices and coconut oil.
  3. Mix in paleo pancake mix.
  4. Add water.
  5. Pour out dough onto parchment paper, and spread out with a spatula.
  6. Pre-bake dough 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. While the crust bakes, combine chicken, celery and buffalo sauce over medium heat, to about 140°.
  8. Let crust cool slightly before spreading cream cheese over all but the outer 1/2 inch.
  9. Spread chicken mixture over cream cheese.
  10. Bake another 5 to 8 minutes, until cheese warms and softens.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool briefly on cutting board before drizzling Primal Kitchen Ranch dressing over the pizza, and sprinkling parsley.
  12. Slice and serve!
