How to Make

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups
Birch Benders Classic Recipe Pancake and Waffle Mix
5 ounces
Little Secrets Peppermint Dark Chocolate Candies plus more for topping
3/4 cup
Butter
1/3 cup
Granulated Sugar
1 cup
Brown Sugar
3
Eggs large
1/2 cup
White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup
White Frosting
 
Piping Bag with a #2 tip
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy.
  4. Add in eggs and continue to beat.
  5. Lower speed of mixer and add Birch Benders, in two batches.
  6. Fold in Little Secrets and white chocolate chips
  7. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes on oven rack in lower third of oven to prevent over browning.
  9. Let cool completely and cut into 12 rectangles.
  10. Using piping bag, drizzle frosting in a diagonal pattern across each section.
  11. Top each with additional Little Secrets.
