- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a small bowl, toss peaches, apples and brown sugar together.
- Coat the bottom of the coat the bottom of the baking pan with the fruit and brown sugar mixture.
- In another bowl, blend Birch Benders, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, butter and baking powder.
- Pour batter evenly over the fruit.
- Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set in the middle.
Fantastic with whipped cream!
